Our websites and/or is first and foremost an online shop that sells sportswear and activewear. You can find our complete assortment online and also in selected stores in Switzerland or our HQ in Waldeggstrasse 40A, Liebefeld.

2. delivery, delivery times and shipping

2.1 Our packages are shipped by DPD or SwissPost and usually arrives within 2-5 days. For the Pre-Order Items, Shipping takes up to 6 weeks.

Together with a shipping confirmation you will receive a tracking number that will redirect you to the website of the shipping provider where you will find information about the status of the delivery.

2.2 For orders abroad, you will be informed by email of the delivery times. Please note that for international packages (outside of Switzerland) additional costs for shipping and customs clearance may apply. We are not liable for these import costs.

2.3 If the delivery of the goods is not possible despite several delivery attempts, We can withdraw from the contract.

2.4 Please note - Once a package has been shipped by us and received a tracking number from DPD or SwissPost. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages.

3. 30-Day Return Policy and exchange.

Please read point 3.5 for International customers outside of Switzerland. 


3.1 30-Day RETURN - use our RETURN PORTAL on. the website

If the product does not fit the customers expectations within 30 days i.e sizing or aesthetic issue, the following applies. Returns and exchanges must be announced by email within 30 days of delivery to Swiss Designer Sport. Items must be returned in hygienic, undamaged, perfect original condition and original packaging. If after fair evaluation this has not been considered, any claim for exchange or return will be forfeited.

- customers may exchange for a correct size,

- a product swop to the value of goods purchased.

- A Voucher to the value of the goods purchased,

3.2. All the above under following conditions:

- The selected size does not fit the customer's measurements.

- Customer simply wants to change for another product.

- Patterns have some variations according with the picture.

- Color is different from the picture.

- Material quality is not exactly what customer wants.

- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

- Changes will be executed once we receive the returned items. Our SDS team will check each item carefully.

- Items that are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted for return.

- On orders that have applied an SDS Discount, the customer will get the value of the discount in form of a Voucher Code or can swap the product to a different size or color- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

- Changes to the orderwill be executed by the SDS Team once we receive the package from the customer.

- Items that have been washed, are damaged, dirty, altered, or not in their original boxes or bags will not be accepted for return. If the before mentioned requirements are not met the customer loses the right to receive a refund or the returned product.

3.4. 30-Day REFUND

Refunds are only made on the condition that the products sent are evidently damaged or there is a manufacturing defect. If so, please send proof via email, products will be refunded after a fair assessment has been made.

Please note: 

Once a delivery confirmation has been sent by the courier, Swiss Designer Sport GmbH disclaims any liability.

To exercise the right to change, return or apply for a refund please make sure the above conditions have been met.

Send an email with the subject line RETURN or REFUND followed by your name and reason as well as attached pictures of the item.

3.5 Return Cost Disclaimer for all international shipments outside of Switzerland  

Customer has the right to return any items within 30 Days. All items must be in its original packaging, unworn and in clean condition.

- Return Costs are the responsibility of the customer

- Once the return has been carefully checked by the Swiss Designer Sport team, the customer will receive a Email with a personalized voucher code to the value of the returned items.

- The Customer can now use this code on any new order. 

- Taxes and Shipping fees are up to the customer and Swiss Designer Sport GmbH does not cover these costs.

4 Scope, Order and Conclusion of Contract

4.1 The company Swiss designer Sport GmbH, located in 3097 Bern, is the owner of this website and the corresponding online store. You can find all information about us in the imprint. These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on the website.

4.2 An order in our store becomes binding when you press the "Buy" button and have previously confirmed with a click to accept our terms and conditions, including delivery and payment terms, in full and to have accepted our privacy policy. The contract is concluded as soon as you have received an order confirmation by email from us and we confirm the shipment of the ordered products.

4.3 If after the conclusion of the contract it turns out that the ordered goods cannot be delivered or cannot be delivered completely, Swiss Designer Sport GmbH has the right to withdraw from the whole contract or from one part of the contract.

6. Application of voucher and discount

Only one option (voucher OR discount) can be applied per purchase.
Vouchers can be applied at any time (as long as it has no expiration date) with us online and offline.

In the case of a discount, please note the following:
If the discount has been arranged by a third party (Ambassador, Pormotion ect.) the following conditions apply:
- Discount is only valid and applicable online
- may include an expiration date - customer has no right to renewal
- Customer is not entitled to a refund of the discount after the order has been placed without the discount.

In the case of a discount offered directly by Swiss Designer Sport, the terms and conditions published when the promotion is communicated will apply.
The publication of a promotion can be done by mail, social media or in the store.

Swiss Designer Sport GmbH accepts only one discount per order. This applies to both coupon/gift card or discount per purchase (online or offline).

The customer has the right to return a sales item that has ben ordered online within 28 days of purchase.
The customer can return and exchange for another item.
The customer will receive a vouchercode in the value of the returned item after receiving the return.

Sales items that have been purchased in the Store can not be returned or exchanged.

7. Discount Codes

Discount codes are only valid on selected products, excluding vouchers and gift cards.

All discount codes are valid for the duration assigned. Swiss Designer Sport has the right to change and edit any false value with regards to the purchase of items.

Meeting Customer Demand

As young designers we are often limited to smaller production runs, meaning we create products in smaller batches. This leads to sold out items fast as we grow and our customers have to wait for the next production run. Here's our solution:


It`s almost like an "Early Bird" Ticket to our next collection. You are able to secure your favourite items before the official Launch. For each Pre-Order we are able to add a discount of 25% which will be applied at the Checkout.


The Pre-Order Website is open until Saturday 3 JULY until 11:59pm. Once this window has closed we will start with the production of your item. The production takes between 5-6 weeks. Your order can be expected to ship out in August.


We will keep you informed once your product is ready and when we know your estimated delivery week of the order.


As a thank you for trusting in our process a discount of 25% is applied at the Checkout. As young designers the pre-order system is a way to help us meet customers' demand and create less to no overdraft.
